I had a great experience with Franklin County Diesel. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their work was completed quickly, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and dependable, but Franklin County Diesel delivered on both. If you’re looking for reliable diesel service and great customer care, I highly recommend them. The Birs and the boys are the best around Ohio.

I would not recommend this shop. I brought my truck in for repairs and spent over $5,000, but the issue I brought it in for was never fixed. After the repairs were completed, the truck was still not drivable. I was unable to pick it up within the time they required, and the shop had my truck towed. I paid a significant amount of money and was left with the same problem I originally brought the truck in for. This was a very frustrating experience, and I do not feel I received the service I paid for. Based on my experience, I would not use this business again.

1st time there. I will return. Great people, honest prices. Check engine light was on when I came to pickup and they checked it and said it is probably due to the extreme cold. But if it doesn't go out, bring it back!
